A deep rich sauce, medium spiced and cooked with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and coriander.

Roghan Josh

A medium hot dish cooked with freshly ground spices and cherry tomatoes, served in a rich sauce.

Korahi

This is a fairly rich sauce cooked with slices of onions and bell peppers, flavoured with fresh garlic, ginger and a blend of aromatic spices.

Jalfrazi

Fresh rich sauce made with a blend of fresh spices, onions and fresh green chilli peppers.

Balti

Aromatic dish with strong British roots, cooked in a deep wok with shallots, melted butter along with roasted garlic, toasted black peppercorns, cardamom, yoghurt and saffron strands.

Tikka Massala

A medley of fresh tomatoes and cream bases sauce infused with lightly fresh ground pungent spices, a truly wonderful British creation.

Passanda

A luxurious blend of crushed almonds, fresh cream and red wine. It has a delicate flavour in which the spices can still be discerned.

Makhni

A combination of butter sauce, fresh cream, yoghurt and grilled tomatoes balanced with a blend of delicate spices finished with a dash of Grand Marnier.

Chilli Massala

A deep rich aromatic sauce, combined with fresh red and green Bengali hot chillies with roasted whole coriander seeds and garlic.
